The victim told a social services worker that Marvin Schaeffer Jr. forced them into sex acts at his home in South Stafford, County Sheriff David Decatur said.
The victim reported the alleged incidents earlier this month, the sheriff said.
Schaeffer was arrested on 18 total sex offense warrants including six counts of forcible sodomy, six counts of object sexual penetration, and six counts of aggravated sexual battery of a victim under the age of 13. He was held at Rappahannock Regional Jail without bond.
